My Work:

I utilize the emergent, tested, and refined paradigms of integral organization and business development.

My work with organizations begins with an interview of the principles, and then a strategy for assessment is created.  The assessment period can last anywhere from four hours to two weeks, depending on the size of the organization and the nature of the situation.  After the assessment, a program of refinement is established, and I assist the organization with implementing the program.

I assist in reinforcing what is working and refining what is not,
